Product Warranty Information

1. Length of Warranty Coverage

Your warranty protects you from the day you purchase your mattress and continues according to the “Warranty Schedule” found on the card with the mattress. In the event that EcoBliss repairs or replaces your mattress, this warranty continues your protection from the original date of purchase.

2. This Warranty Covers The Following Mattress Item During Normal Wear:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

  • Body indentations of 4cm or greater

3. Items not covered:

  • The Company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of this product.

  • Mattress Cover (fabric fading, wetting, spillage, stains, or burns, where there is evidence of soiling or unsanitary conditions are not covered).

  • Mattress size that is within the tolerance level ±2cm in width, length and height.

  • Normal body impression(s) of 4cm or less in all sleeping areas.

  • Merchandise sold “as-is”, “distressed” or “floor model”.

  • Inadequate support from weak or improper box spring or foundation.

  • Firmness, comfort level/personal preference.

  • Transportation or removal costs of product.

  • EcoBliss product that has a manufacturing defect and is stained or soiled. For health and safety reasons, EcoBliss may not able to inspect these products to assess whether covered by the warranty; in which case, EcoBliss reserves the right to deny warranty coverage.

  • Damaged caused by bending or handling are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. In Order for this Limited Warranty to be valid, You Must:

  • Be the original consumer purchaser, and have purchased the mattress from an authorized dealer.

  • Provide a copy of the original store receipt, or other proof of date, place of purchase and purchase price.

  • For the first year upon date of delivery, The Company will at its discretion replace or repair the mattress due to manufacturing defect at no charge (excluding transportation cost).

  • After the first year upon date of delivery, any replacement or repair of The Company mattress will be calculated by the total number of years owned multiplied by the purchased price, plus transportation charge.

  • The Company reserves the rights to substitute comparable materials if the original materials are not available.
